Alpha Data Product Overview
Alpha Data products are split into three main categories:-
- FPGA Boards - contain configurable logic along with a Host interface allowing the user to design their application without the problem of how to communicate with it and monitor it's operation
- XRM I/O Modules - small adaptor boards which plug into the FPGA boards and can provide a variety of different I/O functions, from 1Gig Ethernet to 3Msamples/sec Analog to Digital conversion
- Carrier Boards - allow the FPGA board to be fitted inside a standard Personal Computer or VMC/VXS/VPX chassis.

The successful ADM-XRC series of XMC Mezzanine Cards has been extended to include another platform based on the latest Xilinx® Kintex-7 family. The ADM-XRC-7K1 is based on the XCK325T-FFG900 device and features 1600MT/s DDR3 memory and a Gen2 x4 PCI Express® bridge.
