At Alpha Data Services, we offer flexible, transparent pricing to ensure you get the exact database solution your business needs. Our pricing is divided into two parts: setup costs and ongoing managed service fees, giving you clarity and control over your investment.

Setup Costs

The initial setup includes the design, development, testing, and deployment of your database. This will be quoted for after the initial discovery meeting. 

Ongoing Managed Service & License Costs

After your database is deployed, we offer a fully managed service to handle maintenance, security, and ongoing support.

This is priced at £24.50 + VAT per user, per month, with a minimum of 4 users. This covers access to Alpha DB, regular updates, and continuous optimisation to keep your database running smoothly.

Optional Services

In addition to the core setup and managed services, we also offer the following optional services:

• Initial Data Load: We can assist with loading your structured data into the database during setup.
• Recurring Data Loads: If you need structured data to be regularly loaded into your database, we can provide recurring data load services.

These additional services are quoted for, based on your requirements.
